General
The ‘Incident Manager’ app adds the possibility to manage all your incidents in one place within your Business Central environment.
You will be able to create individual ‘incident cards’ for each type of incident, like repairs (RMA).
Due to extended info fields, multiple states, type codes, customer, and vendor fields, … it’s very convenient to add lots of info to the incident card. Most of those states and type codes are editable, which makes it easy to personalize the ‘Incident Manager’ to your own specific needs.
By consulting the ‘incidents list’ you’ll get a clear overview of all pending incidents. You can create your own specific lists by setting up field filters based on the different fields of the ‘incident card’. Further it is possible to search efficiently through the list of created incidents.
Depending on the incident type and the specific requirements, it will be possible to create different orders from the notification card:
· Service order
· Sales order
· Purchase order
· Production order
The incident card will be linked to the above orders, which is extremely useful for follow up purposes.
This app supports the Essentials and Premium Editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
